  3. After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

There will be an application fee of $20 per applicant for criminal, credit, and eviction searches. Please make sure you go through the whole payment process after completing your application.  PayLease will take you through the process.  No applications can be processed without the fee(s) paid.
