I moved into Bethlehem Woods in 1998, shortly after my husband became ill. We needed a home with less upkeep. We also needed a home that was affordable and was located in an area that we felt safe. During our 10 year stay at Bethlehem Wood, we found this to be a safe and affordable community and one where the people all seemed to pretty much get along. Everyone who applies at Bethlehem Woods is subjected to a criminal background check. This way the office is able to properly screen out anyone who may raise safety concerns. Additionally, they normally have a police officer who addresses security issues on their off time. Without hesitation, I recommend Bethlehem Woods or any of the properties managed by First Eastern to someone who is currently looking for a place to stay.

This is a quiet complex and since I am a police officer I know the area is patrolled, making it safe for singles and families alike.

From the time I first called to check on staying at Bethlehem Woods Apartments, Alma was friendly and helpful. I have found Bethlehem Woods to be a safe and peaceful community. Anytime I have a problem, Jimmy who takes care of on-site maintenance, responds usually the same day. He is always courteous, friendly and diligent.
